Generous Holiday Entitlement
Either 30 or 40 days, dependant on your contract and this is exclusive of Bank Holidays and College closure days.
Confidential EAP
Staff have access to this programme run by Health Assured. It is a free and strictly confidential short term counselling and support service (up to six meetings after an initial assessment session with a qualified counsellor). Dependents are covered too.

DSE eye tests
Please call our Health & Safety Co-Ordinator for a voucher. Please be aware that you need to obtain a voucher before your optician’s appointment at Specsavers.

+6 extra days of leave
All non-term time staff receive an additional 6 days to cover the Christmas and New Year College shutdown.
